MISSION

To work tirelessly for all of my clients, to achieve the desired results drawing on my vast experience as legal counsel. I am dedicated to offering an innovative approach to solving your legal problems in a timely manner.

VALUES

I am committed to upholding the highest ethical responsibilities and striving to provide top-notch representation at reasonable rates.  I will thoroughly canvass with clients the background and circumstances underlying the issues they must confront. I continue to acquire new legal knowledge and engage with legal colleagues to best respond to our rapidly changing legal environment.

I have returned to private practice, where I started my career, after a notable career in Constitutional and Indigenous Law with Alberta Justice.  Before that, I had been an associate with Decore and Company, with a varied practice, that included Immigration, Family and Criminal Law.

  • Dog lover, enjoying daily walks with Leo DaVinci

I CONTINUE TO BE INSPIRED BY THE LIFE AND WRITINGS OF MARTIN LUTHER KING AND RECOMMEND THE NEW BIOGRAPHY BY JONATHAN EIG.

“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere."

“So many of you [lawyers], hearing the cry of justice denied, have joined the fray, regardless of the consequences.  They brought to the courtroom wisdom, courage and a highly developed art of advocacy, but most important, they brought the lawyers’ indomitable will to win.”

“We may all have come on different ships, but we’re in the same boat now.”
